Arbetmarknadsdagen is created by students for students, and has been held annually since 2015 at Halmstad University. For us, it is more than just a business fair; it is a bridge between academic theory and practical application. By bringing together ambitious students and prominent companies, Arbetsmarknadsdagen promotes not only networking and career building but also knowledge transfer. Students get a unique chance to understand the real world and expectations of a career, while companies gain access to young, innovative talent ready to shape the business world of the future. It's a place where students can find internships, project and thesis ideas, summer jobs, and even starting points for their careers. For companies, it is an invaluable opportunity to show off and recruit the best and brightest, all in a dynamic, interactive environment that encourages open dialogue and long-term relationships - a win win situation we think on the board!  

The event takes place on at the University of Halmstad in February divided into a day with different speakers followed by a fair day. The fair is the University's largest career event, as well as one of Sweden's largest company fairs, which in 2024 had over 80 companies on site.
